Over the years, I have always been struggling doing exercise consistently. In my mind, exercise is so boring and I hate working with weights or any sort of equipments. I don’t have a lot of weight to lose, but I do have a lot of toning work to do after I had my two girls. I am so glad that I walked in the door of fitworks Fall Riverback in January. Tabi and Ray are the best trainers around, they really know how to motivate me, keep me on track, and most importantly they make exercise FUN. Today not only I am back to the same if not smaller size than before I had my kids but I feel the best ever, and I feel much stronger and confident. I started at 299 lbs and am now at 230 I'm so proud of my accomplishment thanx to FitWorks! I still have a way to go but with time, effort and two amazing trainers I'll get to my goal :) ~S.W.

Six months ago I decided to change my lifestyle. I joined the Fall River Fitness Challenge and started exercising 5-6 days a wk and eating healthier. During my journey I did a tuff scramble race and two 5K with my girls from FitWorks. I want to thank my trainers Raymond and Tabi for being there to support me and never giving up on me. It wasn't easy but with the  support of family and friends I did it and so can u. I've lost 33 lbs and still going. I just know that I will never go back to my old ways. ❤️ L.M

In 2010 I decided enough is enough. Weighing in at 206 lbs I bought a treadmill and started off slowly. In January of 2011 I decided to take the next step. I joined Weight Watchers and the Fall River Fitness Challenge (and have joined every year since), that's when I learned about Zumba with Tabi at CD REC. I worked up the courage to take a class and was instantly hooked. In that first year with proper nutrition and exercise I lost 55 pounds. I eventually moved on to different classes like kickboxing, Hiit, weight training and now Insanity, T25 and TRX Suspension Training at Fitworks Fall River. It's been almost 4 years and with a lot of hard work, dedication and support I have been able to keep the weight off and have slimmed and toned. If you had asked me back in 2010 I would have told you how much I hated to exercise, ask me today and I'll tell you how much I love it and can't get by without it. L.V
